distribute information
about the performance of contact centres to agents, team leaders
and managers.
Integrated
Objectivity-cc brings together data from all of the functions of
a contact centre and allows you to analyse and report through
one application.
The measurements produced can cross the boundaries of
source systems. For example, take the quantity or value of
sales (from the sales system) and divide it by the number of
agent minutes worked (from the ACD) to give sales per time
worked. Mix in budget and target information with data from
multiple communication channels to get true performance
information.

Objectivity-cc uses proven OLAP technology and web
tools to minimise the time and cost of deployment.
Workstations only need browser software and the easily
understood web front end reduces the need for user
training.

Data is extracted as often as is appropriate to provide up
to the second information. Knowing what is happening
now allows you to make operational changes quickly to
eliminate poor practices and spread success.
